HOUSTON ? Rain chances remained in the forecast Monday evening, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul said.

?We could see scattered thunderstorms overnight, and then we should clear out,? Paul said.

Tuesday morning is expected to be chilly at the bus stop, Paul said. The day will begin with lows in the upper 40s.

?You?ll need to bundle yourself up and your kids,? he said.

It will be sunny and breezy Tuesday with highs in the upper 60s.

The rain returns Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before clearing out again for the weekend.

The Black Keys' Patrick Carney has changed his name to Justin Bieber on Twitter, as his feud with the singer continues.

Last week, Justin Bieber said that Carney needs 'slapping' after the drummer criticised his music at the Grammys. Carney reacted to the comment by changing his Twitter, and now claims to be Justin Bieber to antagonise the pop brat's fans.

Here's just one of the many Tweets where he claims to be Bieber:

Earlier today (February 17), Carney took the internet hoax one step further by posting a link to the "new world premier" of a Justin Bieber track. However, the link is directed to a YouTube video of DEVO's 'Recombo DNA (demo)'.

Bieber fans have reacted badly to Carney's name change and they have been bombarding him with insults and negative comments. One fan tweeted, "Justin one joke about u and think it's ok to hate on Justin for attention???? Your life must be so sad," while another simply said: "Someone needs to take a pencil and shove it so far up your ass that you can't walk for months."

Justin Bieber is yet to comment on Patrick Carney's new Twitter name. The singer is currently on a European tour.

Saudi's Kingdom Holding invests in Chinese online retailer

DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kingdom Holding (4280.SA), the investment firm controlled by Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, said it was part of a consortium that paid 1.5 billion Saudi riyals ($400 million) for strategic stake in an online Chinese retailer.

The value of Kingdom Holding's investment in 360Buy Jingdong Inc. is about SAR470 million, the company said in an emailed statement on Saturday. Kingdom was advised on the deal by Qatar's QInvest.

"This deal confirms KHC's expertise to seek rewarding global investment opportunities, and to capitalize on them in light of their potential IRR in order to extract value for KHC shareholders," said Ahmed Halawani, Kingdom's executive director, private equity and international investments.

E-commerce is skyrocketing in China. Retail transactions on the Web are poised to rise fivefold to 665 billion yuan ($100 billion) over the next two years, according to forecasts from Beijing-based research firm Analysys International. The number of online shoppers in China is expected to rise to 329 million in 2015, more than double the count in 2010, with each one spending on average nearly $1,000 a year online, according to consulting firm Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Halawani said Kingdom's latest investment fits the firm's strategy of identifying high growth companies potentially seeking to be listed on international capital markets within three years.

Kingdom and Prince Alwaleed already have a strong connection to internet-related investments. In 2011, Prince Alwaleed and Kingdom Holding announced a combined investment of $300 million in the social networking site Twitter.

Prince Alwaleed owns 95% of Kingdom Holding, according to Zawya.com. He holds sizable stakes in companies including Citigroup Inc. (C), News Corp. (NWS), Apple Inc. (AAPL) and Time Warner Inc. (TWX). News Corp. owns Dow Jones & Co., publisher of this newswire and The Wall Street Journal.

Most Expensive Wedding Cake, Valued At $52 Million, Is Covered In 4,000 Diamonds (PHOTO)

Want to see what $52 million worth of wedding cake looks like?

Cake, a bakery in Chester, England, has created what is reportedly the world's most expensive wedding cake, valued at ?34 million (that's about $52.7 million). The eight-tiered confection is decorated with more than 4,000 diamonds and will be on display (then eaten!) at the National Gay Wedding Show in Liverpool on March 3. The previous record-holder was a cake valued at $20 million, baked by Beverly Hills' La Patisserie Artistique. In 2011, The Knot estimated that the average cost of a wedding cake was $540.
