Shane Snyder has been named president of Barcoding Inc.?
Baltimore?s Barcoding Inc. has promoted Shane Snyder to president.
Snyder has been vice president of sales at the company since 2010. Company founder Jay Steinmetz had previously served as president and CEO but will now serve soley as CEO.
?Shane?s deep understanding of our business model, target markets, and breadth of mobile solutions more than qualify him to assume role of president,? Steinmetz said in a statement.
Barcoding provides barcoding and radio frequency identification services to more than 2,500 clients. The company posted 2011 revenue of $38 million, according to Business Journal research.
